I am a tutor who has a long history of working with students in many different subjects. While science and math are the subjects I'm most passionate about tutoring, I can help students with a variety of subjects. I tutor in algebra, calculus, geometry, elementary math, middle school math, statistics, trigonometry, biology, chemistry, physics, physiology, reading, writing, literature, history, psychology, computer science, English, social studies, and many other subjects! I'd also be more than happy to help students prepare for the ACT. I have a degree in Psychology with a certificate in Symbolic, Cognitive, and Linguistic Systems through the Honors College at Arizona State University. I am now pursuing my master's in Psychology and Law. I've been working with students since I was in the seventh grade, and I love to teach. As a tutor I figure out what works for my students, and then I keep on doing it. I also believe that it is important as an educator to instill within my students the skills to succeed and learn once they leave our sessions together. When I'm not tutoring I love taking part in mock trials, reading up on new scientific discoveries, playing the guitar, and writing. I'm also very interested in advocacy.
